All AKXICT programs — including the 1-on-1 Mentorship, 45-Day Bootcamp, and Strategy Call — are non-refundable once commenced. Upon successful payment and access being granted, the educational service is considered delivered.
This policy exists because AKXICT delivers high-touch, personalised mentorship. Aishal's time, preparation, and direct involvement begin immediately upon enrollment — and that cannot be undone.

In the rare and exceptional case that AKXICT is unable to deliver the enrolled program entirely due to circumstances on our end, participants will be offered either a full program rescheduled at no extra cost or a credit toward another AKXICT program of equal value.
This does not constitute a cash refund and will only apply in situations where AKXICT has been unable to fulfil the core program deliverables through no fault of the participant.
